When we put on our consultation event at Strathaven Library at the beginning of 2026 we were asked if the display was available digitally and we were asked again when we were at the Strathaven Gala Day in June. It wasn’t possible to simply take the posters used at those events and make them digital so we have produced a new slide presentation for you.
This presents the information we have amassed about the castle and illustrates the defects and issues we know about. It takes the costing exercises undertaken by the parties and provides a current day estimate of the cost to address these defects.
